I just found this great site www.adsblacklist.com It is full of useful info how to use the ads blocker function under your adsense account settings.

Better if you filter out some site use AdWords to advertise but those ads not too good for you if you are running AdSense ad units on your site. You can increase the CPC of your ads by filtering out the cheap ones.
